Cultivate creativity and awaken embodied expression and facilitation.
Explore somatic movement and meditative arts in this one-week immersive training designed to cultivate creativity and awaken embodied expression and facilitation. Somatic movement is a body-led practice, focusing on inner experience rather than outer appearance. Through different artistic mediums, such as intuitive dance, visual art, poetry, and music, you will learn to reconnect to your body’s living wisdom, support nervous system regulation, move through energetic blocks, and build creative confidence in a judgment-free zone. Experience the transformative power of somatic release techniques, journey into the creative process, and bring fresh inspiration to your yoga practice and teaching.
Tiana Prince
Tiana is a lifelong lover of creative movement, mythology, magic, and devotional expression. She draws from her background in yoga, dance, theatre, and education to offer unique, heart-centered classes that weave together somatics and storytelling, movement and music, philosophy and poetry. Tiana completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Yandara Yoga Institute in Mexico, where she fell in love with kirtan. A deep calling to explore the path of devotion led Tiana to complete her 300-hour Bhakti yoga teacher training with Audrey Sarquilla, and to spend time living, studying, and volunteering at Bhakti yoga ashrams around the world.
Adam Duke
Adam is a friendly yogic character, ever-evolving his teachings and learning from a space of playful spiritual seeking. As a yoga teacher and artist, with countless visual art pieces and murals displayed around the world, he brings his unique creative expression into all of his classes. Adam approaches his classes with playful discipline and a smile on his face. He blends asana, somatics, devotional yoga (Bhakti), stories, and is constantly learning from students’ feedback and shares, to teach from a place of trauma-informed accessibility, balanced with a good dose of fun.

The rooms are comfortable and welcoming, with accommodation options to suit different preferences and budgets. All the rooms have their own bathroom, shared only with the people staying in your room — not with the whole school.
With accommodation right at the school, your yoga practice, learning and everyday life naturally become part of the same experience. You can walk from your room to the shala, spend time in the garden, take a swim between sessions or simply find a quiet space to rest and recharge.
You’ll also have access to a washing machine, shower towels, a hairdryer in every room, and the sauna.
During the winter months, Shambhala Yoga School offers special sauna evenings — a lovely way to unwind after a day of practice.
