The Retreat Experience
Don’t miss out on this surf and yoga retreat which is specially designed for you to discover and enjoy the experience of practicing yoga and combining it with amazing surf lessons.
Whether you are sporty or not, yoga is for everyone and rewards both body and soul. The various “asanas” or yoga positions help you improve your body postures and physical well-being in general. Like a surfboard following the waves, let your body follow your breath and find harmony and flexibility.
Your day will be something like
wake up around 08:00
enjoy our homemade veggie breakfast
2 hours surf class, normally from 09:00 (can be at midday or in the afternoon too, depending on ocean conditions and levels)
lunch time, you can either prepare yourself in the guesthouse kitchen, or explore the restaurants in the area.
1 hour yoga class around sunset.
Social time, there our guests gets together and share a meal and experiences.
We also have a massage room where you can book Sound Healing, Reiki, Osteopathy and various massages, at an additional charge.

A salty pearl close to the beach that combines surfing, yoga, healthy lifestyle and good vibes.
Situated in Concolação, Peniche, just a few metres from one of the many sandy beaches on the Silver Coast of Portugal, next to the world famous Supertubos Beach.
Within Concolação you can find everything you need, from restaurants with delicious Portuguese cuisine, supermarkets, beach bars, shops, a golf course and more. With a short bike- or car drive, Peniche city can be explored and enjoyed.
Concolação can easily be reached by the bus which stops just outside the guesthouse. If you prefer to go by car - it is a one-hour drive from Lisbon and there is parking just next to the guesthouse, free of charge.
